'79 Rx-7 Vs. Nova
#1
I had a friend with me and a hatch full of turn tables and mixer equipment oh, ya and about 50 records! I'm casually taking off from a light when a sixties something nova flies by me and revs; so I'm like hell no I punch second and catch him then hold in second and wait I kept laying into it and backing out and the bitch wouldn't go so finally while I'm behind him at about 3500 he punches it... so do I and by time I come into third at his door it's staying a good close race then I hit 6500 in third and pull it down to 7200 pulling him by half a car, ****** up forth and look back and he falling way back... I slow down and wait for him to catch and he ask "what in the hell you got in that thing?" I say "a 1.3 liter" to which he say "nos?" I reply "nope" and he just about **** himself I'm sure... So I snatched up second and bailed because of the notice of some red and blue lights; around a corner into a neighborhood only to see him get pulled over... hahahaha
American Peice of ****!
All the time my friend is laughing uncontrollably at the discrace of a 6.something liter being stomped by a 1.3

You probably raced a small block, but either way, good going.

big block Chevy Novas are pretty rare, unless someone transplanted one in only the 1968-1970 Nova SS could be optioned with a big block.
