[quote name='Fd3BOOST' date='Oct 30 2003, 11:27 PM'] If I take it to get painted its roughly $400 not counting the labor rates for body work.
My guess is somewhere in the neghborhood of $600 total give or take $100.

that sucks that things like that happen, but they do.
i had a bumper cover shipped to be that was bent, but i bought it used so i know i can't be that mad.
i've actually packed stuff into semi trailers to be shipped (computer monitors, towers, desktops and printers). i took my time placing them and packing them, but i've seen people literally throw them in the trailer. i've never understood what's going thru these peoples minds.
that fact alone made me happy that i picked my computer up from the factory, i saw it boxed up and everything.
i would raise hell like D said, but it's good to see the seller trying to rectify this.

As far as I know nothing has been settled yet.
Robert said that he is mailingme (or having mailed to me) a claim form.
I handle moving claims quite often in my line of work so I am well aware of the wait involved.
