Would You Be Pissed About This?

I bought a stock Fd replacement hood off a member of the other forum about 3-4 weeks ago.
I just got it last night and this is what I get, a hood barely wraped in duct tape and one piece of cardboard. Both ends are fucked up. One was bent all the way back almost 80 degrees.
The other side is folded down apx 45 degrees. The paint is cracked (not that I mind that as much since i hae to paint it anyway) But getting the alluminum straight now is going to be a serious PITA!!!
I gave something like $230 for the hood. But I expected it to arrive in good shape. I have recived and shipped many, many parts and have never seen any **** like this.
I pm'ed the guy who i bought the hood off of and he responded stating thet the item was boxed by a 3rd party and is insured.
I am just wondering if this were your hood, who would you follow up on this. What should I do about this?

This one was bent all the way back, I pushed it down with my thumb but the metal is now warped and defintely not smooth at all.
It doesnt show in the pic much but i am not exageratting when i say that it is very obviously bent.
Also the box was torn open like this when it arrived.

dude that sucks so much!!!! i would go full force after the 3rd party shipping company...if he said it had insurance then you should get all your money back as long as he stated the correct value. but yeah that by far is the worst packing job i have ever seen!
