I love the black TII's. Also it depends on what blue it is. Post a pick of the blue unless the FC is that color. Then i would have to say go blue!

 

I always say white or silver.. easier to keep clean, keeps attention down and still looks mighty fine on FD/C's... If White.. put some Pearl in that.. make it gleam.. Check out Porsche Seal Silver... its a darker silver, but not gray and it looks almost liquid when applied properly.. mmmm yummy..
