Just use regular high temp paint and clean the areas well with Laquer thinner or denatured alcohol before painting them. Oh and use some paper and masking tape to keep the overspry to a minimum,

overspray wasn't bad at all. its a done deal

I would have suggested some enamal paint from a body shop supply house and this little tool sprayer

For about $35 in paint, $10 in thinner, and $10 for thew sprayer, you could get a really decent finish.

i spent $9 lol

if i think its worth it maybe i'll go the extra mile

that thing puts out a fan about 1" diameter fan.

It doesnt spray anywhere near sideways, tip it a bit too much

and it will shoot ice out of itself.

It gets cold very fast and then it doesnt spray at all.

I use them to spray very small gel coat spots, and it sprays kind

of rough as well.

i think my $9 paint job is pretty good. its gonna get messed up anyway after i put the engine back in. i just wanted it *better* than before

Rob x-7 09-10-2003 07:53 PM

you should use wing nuts to hold the engine in, im sure it will

be coming back out soon enough, lol
