I used Rustoleum textured finish from Home Depot. I used laquer thinner to peel off all the stock finish and roughened it up with sandpaper so that the paint stuck better. Each panel probably has 5-7 coats of paaint and is wetsanded between coats. I may re do it again in a differnent color and I also want to ad some suade.

I tried to use rustoleum and it always peeled on me though. I didn't peel off the stock finish, so that may have a lot to do with it too.

Was your "factory" finish peeling at all before you painted over it? How did you fix those spots so they wouldn't show up?
