Whats is the biggest rear speakers that I can use on a 84 without any major mods?

 

You could use an 8 inch speaker, just make up a spacer to clear the suspension tops, (dont think u will be able to use the speaker surround as it might have to chop the grill cover) other wise a 6 inch will fit in just need a spacer to hold it in.
