Well, I don't like the grooved lids. I think they are Brady-Bunch looking. So I removed them. I made a panel to fit in the tops, and covered them in leather. There's no actual "bin" on the passenger side. I cut it out. Battery is going there, and I'm making an aluminum box... Not sure what I'm doing with the other side yet.

Rob, I like that first one... I'm going to look around and see what I can find. Thanks!
thats stainless by the way, so you dont have to worry about

rusting, the ring obviously lifts up when you need it.

You could also spray it black to blend as well.

I found the things you needed today, and now I *******

forgot who makes them, I forget my own name sometimes, lol

They are nice, they almost look like a quarter with nothing on it

and it sits almost totally flat, you lift up on it to raise the hatch.

my cost like $3-$4 each or some ****?

Online I found a place for $6 and change, plus shipping.

I dont know what your going to keep in the bins but remember

the shank will need clearance when its sitting flat, its super thin,

only 3/16", and its 2" long so it wont need much, but if your going

to fill your bins to the brim you will need to make sure there is

room for the shank.

Here are the specifics of it:

Features:

Made of .304 Stainless steel with an electro polished finish.

2" x 3/16" diam. shank.

Pull plate is 1-1/4" dia. x 1/8" thick.

Stainless steel washer and ring.
