ok i have this blue red and bling thing going now.. and i don't like it. i have blue pulleys and the ends of the strut tower brace are blue also, i wanted to paint them black but would painting the pulleys affect performance? would the paint just wear off? how exactly should i go about doing this, could i re-anodize them? how much would that cost? also, someone on this forum or the other one painted their intake manifold black and it looked really nice, i can't seem to find the thread where he explained how he did it and what kind of paint he used. i'm looking for a mostly black and partly polished aluminum/silver look.

its easy to paint em and it wont affect anything unless you use way too much paint or something nutty
