OK, the deal is, MBauto has a $ match guarantee of 110%. importfan.com had the bumper too, but were out of stock for a while. i also LOATHE dealing with importfan because a large bit of their product we got here at the shop was focked up.

mbautosport matched the importfan $ and then took 10% off of it.....cool huh???

the paint was through a good friend of mine and after it was all said and done, i paid $150 for teh prep, painting, cut & buff, and the install, which i helped install it saturday morning. it only took about 30 minutes in all to put the bumper on, but we misplaced one of the turn signal sockets while adapting the wires and spent 1 hour looking for the ************......soooo,,,,i cut off 3 of the tabs on the old one, and it went in just like it should have.....

thanks for the comments guys....

martin, if you read this, i sent you a pm....

Hey guys I just signed up for this forum. I usually come here and read the motocross posts in preparation for the FD I intend to get which will be mainly for autox and what ever transportation i may need next year in college. Well my question was which would be better for cooling out of this bumper (best looking i think), a 99 spec front bumper, or just get the shark mod done on a stock bumper?

maybe try poking your head in the 3rd generation section and saying

so your friend painted and installed the whole kit for $150???

Damm thats a good price considering the cost of paint alone!
