New Hid's

I hooked it up both with the polarity adjuster and without.
I got nothing. I am lost. I did it like it instructed and the lights got no juice.
I dont know why but they will not power up.

nope the ballast doesnt need to be mounted for it to work. when i checked mine and connected it to ge battery, it was just laying ontop of the battery and i was holding the hid buld on the base, and almost blinded myself
just throwing out some ideas thats all
I dont like that whole drilling of the 23mm hole thing, it must take some
aiming after to get it aiming properly

well i have had two kits that i tested...... one is a hella ballast and the other is an no name brand. both work....
although, its not recommended to have the ballast and the wires facing down for some reason, maybe thats why its not working?

I will try them on another battery. I already sent the guy a "nice" email about it.
I already had wprds with him about sending me the wrong ones the first time.
He is not helpful at all.
I hate HID's
