the door panel has clips, that hold it on. with the sunroof you need to take off the headliner and then the whole thing comes out on a frame and then your on your own

yah, there arent many people who really know the sunroof, cause it ends up being expensive to fix

and there's zilch about it in the Haynes manual, even though it's on the cover of the book
