What type of 2 side tape u use or Sillicone? Also I have line mine up but it's not 100% curve like the light housing, when u put them on do u have to hold them in place for an 20 minute time so it can hold it shape like the housing? Any help is really appricate because I don't to screw this new set beside it cost too much money.Khris

i used 3m double sided tape and the aid of a home hairdryer. the heat from the hair dryer will not damage the lexan, but will make the 3m tape very sticky. use alcohol to clean up the light housings and lenses so the tape will have a clean surface to stick to.

I just used black silcone... basically, I just ran a bead around the housing.. then put the covers on and make sure it lined up perfectly, even the height... let it dry, then fill in the rest w/ the silicone and use your finger w/ a disposable gloves and smooth out the seams... clean and water resistant.. plus I don't have to worry about double sided sticky tape after it's been baking in the sun..

if you were to mask it all off with masking tape beforehand

you could really give the thing a good smear with silicone

I would reccomend GE window and door silicone as its UV resistant,

you can get it in Home Depot
