Good Wheel Cleaners?

my fd rims have been sitting dirty since 2002, and they arent cleaning up as good as id like em too. any tricks?

A stong degreaser mixed with some muratic acid, and a stiff bristeled wheel brush 5% should be strong enough, just don't let the wheels dry without thoroughly rinsing the wheel first. Once they are cleaned to your liking, put a good coat of wax on the wheels it makes the next cleaning a breeze.

let the porters at the dealer clean them or ask them for some wheel cleaner

good stuff, we used it all the time when i was detailing out at the car dealership.. caution: if you let an acid based mixture dry or you'll end up with spots all over your wheels.

fast orange makes a cleaner strong enough to tarnish my freshly polished rims after a couple of sprays

i always liked eagle one mag wheel cleaner.. that **** worked nice.

I use Simple green, I have heard people say that stuff will take the paint off. I never had that problem.
