I have an 89 T2 and was thinking of mounting one or two or three gauges in the center a/c my ac is removed and barely any air blows out of there for the heater so i was thinking that might be a better spot to fit it rather than below my radiator because it's much easier to see. Has this been done before? Any special thing's that i would have to do to get it to work maybe block off the air flow back there?

I think that will look great once it's done. I'm not a big fan of the autometer gauges though.

eh, just put them above or below the stereo and leave it alone.

remember you will have to put whateve panel you make in with clips

because there is nothing to screw it too behind there.
