Damn. That looks like it sucked. I've got black carpet just waiting on me to put in myself. Keep me informed on any tricks!

Like I said, I didnt get to finish. It got dark so I had to get my seat in and drive home from my parents house (Im 27, married and I still work on my car at my parents house. Sad isnt it, LOL)

So now Im just waiting for the rest of my interior parts from Japan and I'll be all done. I feel sorry for anyone who has to change their carpet. It is not a fun job.

Ya but that wasn't the factory black carpet was it? I checked the price for factory black carpet and it was $900 new. I couldn't find it anywhere else. I just ordered some black carpet and I'm going to cut and paste and hope for the best! Hopefully with the help of a friend that uphoslters on the side a little, it will look good...

Yes it is factory black carpet. I got it from Fritz Flynn. He parts out Fd's alot on the other forum.I bought this carpet from him a while ago but have not had the chance to pick it up until now. He lives about 3 hours from me so I went down a few days ago and got it. I payed $200 for it.

I might have some to sell in a few days from a car that I might be parting out. I came across a red Fd with mods on it for about 5k that i may be buying. It has all black interior. I obviously would sell the carpet.

I leave my car at a friends house! It sucks making trips back and forth getting tools and stuff, but at least my car is out of the weather! I've got more junk in his basement than he does! I need a garage...
