so i recently picked up a bride brix II from a guy locally. it wont recline. the triangle ***** just spin. they are clearly broke. then there is a bar that runs the entire width of the seat and connects the two *****. if you try to turn the bar it wont turn. i just need the seat to recline one more click. any advice would be great.
