thats either a non USA S5 car or someone made it look like one , you can make yours look like that if you get S5 bumpers ( s5=89-91) and moldings with no side markers in the moldings
otherwise you can change your earlier style moldings to US spec S5 but they will have the side markers in them

Yup, I have those sidemarker eliminators. Mine came from Germany. Not the most legal thing to do, I think, but I like the way the car looks with them gone.
