Anybody molded a din panel under the radio?
#44
Price was to smooth all the plastic by sanding
spray 3-4 coats of US Paint AwlGrip 545 Grey Epoxy Primer
After that dries overnight, wet sand it smooth/flat
Spray 3-4 Coats (depending on how it looks) of Black DuPont Imron in a shade of black that I make myself
Dont confuse multiple coats of paint with quality, this isnt the days of laquer paint, your standard automotive finishes are usually only 2 coats of clear, 3 if your going to wet sand and polish it after, any more and it may chip or yellow.
They have Imron 5000 which is ONE cross coat, VERY helpfull when painting something like a tractor trailer or a train, airplane, **** like that, and those paint jobs usually last 10+ years at least.
