Thats the only piece of red plastic I could find, I did it

thinking Mike was on his way to get the car and wanted to get

the plate on before he got there so he could get the full effect.



the stainless screws in the plastic go to license plate holders

behind it. If you notice the screws that are present

when the plate is off the car are spread further out

then where a american license plate would bolt up.



Again- there is no way to nut and bolt the plate on, there

is ZERO access in that area, so the only way to bolt it

on with no bracket would be to do it while the bumper was

off the car and to use some huge *** fender washers.
