Yeah, the Atkins diet would kill your kidney. It makes mine hurt every once in a while (I think I damaged them years ago, but never went to the doctor) if I don't drink a ton of water.

i love pasta myself. what i have found is to try and get it in early like at lunch. gives the body some time to convert it not just store it. their is an old saying eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner as a pauper. the small dinner does help. with some exercise you can get it done just look at jerod!
