Can someone please explain this one to me? First of all, how does a turbo put out power at all? Last I heard, they moved air. Second, let's use our favorite example, vosko. An N/A 13B (lower compression like the REW) would probably put out 220 at most with his huge port job, but his car puts out at least 500 at the flywheel with the turbo...does that make him a ricer?

um if your can makes more torque than hp chances are it redlines under 5200rpms....
