You Own Your Land

Read up. I'm fighting this pretty hard. I've already got in touch with my contacts at the local news station and I'm trying to get them to run a 2 or 3 minute special explaining what this does to everyone and then have them flash our senators and representatives numbers and adresses at the end so we can voice our opinion before this becomes a big deal in our state. This case changes everything nationwide. even if for now it is just in one state, future similar cases will use this ruling as a tool in the decision making process.
Our government is getting out of hand, and its time to start reeling it back in. When they think that they can tell me when I'm going to leave my own land, it has gone too far.
I supported Bush in the beggining, but him allowing stuff like this to pass without at least commenting on its negative effects is just too much on top of the pile of other screwups.
Wut the hell does that have to do with Bush?
It's definetely bullshit, I agree just can't see how Bush is to blame
Oh, I know he's not to blame, he can't do anything about a supreme court ruling, but if I were in his shoes I would at least voice my opinion against it, and do what I could to make sure it didn't happen again. As far as I know, He hasn't even reacted.

It was a 5-4 vote by the court, if you look at who voted what its pretty obvious. the members of the court appointed by Regan and Bush Sr voted against it (4 votes) the 5 votes were from those appointed by Clinton and Carter. HMMMM do I see a trend?
Liberals screw up again... shocking
