I may actually refinance the condo, I just got a thing in the mail that said I was eligible for a "rate reduction". All I have to do is pay them $250.00 and they will reduce my rate, not really a refinance cause I stay with the current company. Anyhow, it would save me about $300.00 per month or better so I will probably do it.
I dont drive in my cars long enough to warrant XM radio, but if I did I would go for it.

Here I am still waiting to hear back from the mortgage broker I applied for the mortgage wayyyyy back on Sept 16th, everytime I call the woman says " we should have a answer by this week", I pretty much forgot about it honestly.

Apparantly too much cash income isnt a good thing when it comes time to borrow money.

Here I havent even bothered to call them in a month or so and she calls me out of the blue apologizing and what not!

This is a sign from god I think.

The home loan process is the biggest most fucked up process I have ever been through. There were several times when I said **** it, I don't want to mess with this **** tell them to shove it. The wife and I would trade off, whomever was the least pissed would be the one that called.

Im doing the loan on my own and with rates being as low as they are banks in my area really could care less about a guy wanting to borrow $240,000 when they are doing so much re-finances and the brokers dont want to bother with anyone under $400,000 I guess.

******* banks are the worse, they are now 2nd on my **** list,

1-Lawyers

2-banks

3-greedy ******* doctors
