I took four years of law, some cops say its true, some say its not. Truth is if i was a cop i would say it wasnt. But go to court with it, and you win. Just like a stateboy will tell you in NJ you cant ride an ATV on the roads during a snow storm that is declared "state of emergency", but you actually can.

Game Wardens will try to impound your quad if you are riding in the game reserve, eben if the atv is registered, because they claim registration means nothing. In truth, if the road you are on has a name (as 98% of all game roads here do), its 100% legal with a registered atv.

The DMV supercedes the stateboys and Game Wardens, which is why you can win in court. If you feel un-comfortable stopping for a police officer, you do not have too. But you MUST slow to 25mph and turn on your four ways.

In hindsight:

94Touring was right. Mazdadrifter should have pulled over. I could have caught up to them and all 4 of use could have pummeled this a-hole and cut off his mullet hair.

I honestly think he was an ******* redneck that didn't like imports and was pissed we passed him (not intentionally, I honestlyforgot about him and never saw him) at such high speeds. The flames probably drove him mad and he decided to be Barney Fife and call us in for a "citizens arrest".
