Its a "im scared to pull over how do i know its not a killer" type thing. So next time your speeding and they come after u, hit 25mph, hit the 4 ways, and if they get evasive SUE haha.

yes...that is probable cause to arrest you if you go a long distance...whcih is completely subjective.
well..the reason why i questioned it is because i'm in school to be a state trooper...and i've never heard of that. whats the difference anyway, they'd follow you to your house and arrest you for not stopping

FL just passed a new(well, fairly new..) law where you dont have to stop for the cops, similar to what FDRacing was talking about...We(FL) even have a phone # to call and check to see if its a real cop pulling you over...somthing like #57...cant remember...
