I basically need to know how a bone stock airpump setup looks like so I can piece together something that works on my car...all the hoses are gone!

whats cool about living in wisconsin now is emissions testing that we had , wich was only in a few counties, now is only for OBD2 cars. anything older then 1996 no longer needs to get smog tested cause the state did a budget cut and took the rollers out the testing stations hahaha

Wow, how helpful, FC3SBoy.....

Here's what's going on. We've pulled the Air pump and the 5th and 6th port Actuator is now removed. It moves with some considerable effort, thanks to many applications of penetrating lube from Dave.

No, he did *not* penerate the actuator himself. That would just be wrong. Maybe if nobody was around.

We've done searches for bone-stock S5 NAs to try to find an engine bay picture that'll depict what he needs to have set up...there's a spot for what looks to be for a hose...with no hose, nothing there.

If anybody has a bone-stock S5 NA and can get a pretty good shot of the passenger side of the engine bay it would be most helpful. :X

Thanks Dave for pulling me out of my hot, cramped apartment to work under his hot, cramped engine bay. /thumbsup

Now, for your amusement, feast your eyes on my old avatar. It's bouncing ******* time.

EDIT: If anybody could be so kind as to toss up a diagram or two that would be really helpful....Google searches for "RX7 S5 NA Diagrams" come up with the following...

- The inside of the Audi A4 Quattro.

- The outside of the Audi A4 Quattro.

- A stock rim for an FC. Just the rim. Nothing more.

- A picture of a V8 cramped inside an FC's engine bay. Oh the horror.

- Last but not least: Adolf Hitler.

I'm just trying to figure out if both vaccuum hoses go to the airpump or if its just one and the other goes somewhere else...
