Working for a Pro Rally Team!
#1
Two weeks ago I met up with the owner of 1988 SE Rx7 Rally car. A buddy of mine is actually his co-driver in the NASA prorally series and has been sources people to crew for him. I met the bill and will be traveling to West Virginia for my first event with the team. I believe we are the only Rx7 in the rally and would encourage any motorsports enthusiast to come out and watch!
http://www.rallywestvirginia.net/pages/1/index.htm for details on the event.
I've included a picture of the car, albeit smaller..
Currently they've made one race this season (the first one was in Liberty, NY) and are leading in points.
Oh, and the team name is "Rotary Madness" ...not tooo creative, but it gets the point across. Wish us luck!

Sweet...do they run the NASA ProRally series? I haven't been to an event yet, so I'm not 100% who competes. I know at Rally NY there was a Mazda3 Turbo AWD that I BELIEVE was factory supported...
Subaru rally team doesn't run in north america. I dont' even think WRC visits north america. It's a shame though. I guess if these guys showed up to an F1 race it would be like ferrari showing up at the local NASA pro7 race with shumi in the cockpit and six 18 wheelers as support vehicles.
