God damn shutter asshats

I have come to the conclusion that there are no businesses here with any kind of customer service or ethics.
In feb i ordered new shutters, gave them half down and was told they would be put in april/may. 2 weeks ago i call them, they tell me they lost the order and need to remeasure, call them last monday they say they found the order and dont need to remeasure, we're on the schedule for install next week call and get an exact day next week. Monday I call they say they'll be out wed to install the shutters (yesterday) they don't show, they dont call, this afternoon guy calls me and says he's going to come out and remeasure, i hank up confused, call them back and the bitch is REALLY condensending, I politely tell that i have done nothing to deserve being spoken to with that tone and would like an exact date, i didn't swear, we go back and forth she tries to lie about what she told me monday, i ask her tell me exactly what she said and she finally says, I dont feel like being hollered at anymore and hangs up on me.
sooo, i call the salesmen tell him I've had enough and that i am calling the bbb, the licensing board AND the IRS and let them know that they are taking cash payments for a discounted price. Supposedly now it will be either next week or 2 weeks, we'll see.

I wasnt saving nuthin, these guys weren't the cheapest, they appeared to be the best option, there were a couple i called that said they wouldnt come out and unless amy and i were both here uhh, can u say high pressure sales!

That kinda reminds me a lot of the old grampa working at the lowes counter. I asked about siding, and he pulls me aside and says you don't want to buy from here, it's too expensive, bla bla, etc etc. He hands me a piece of paper with a business name and number, and I leave thinking I might actually have a good price going on.
Grandpa's buddy shows up a few days later, and we talk materials and he takes measurements, all that jazz. He calls me a week or two later and says it will be the paltry sum of $41,000 and change. This was for a a 2 1/2 car garage, ribbed metal roof on said garage, and a carport. I could have about two new garages built for that kind of money. He was either smoking something, or thought I was.,,,,BB
