my floor is 24x36, ya cant see it but there is a wall in the back of the garage with a work shop behind it. with a 9 foot ceilin and adic

Agreed. My three-car detached is full to the rafters, and the daily drivers are parked in the attached.

nice. we went with two floors, workshop/storage upstairs 24x24x8 and then the shop area is 24x24x9 or close to 9. it's almost finished just need to install the garage doors, windows and put the siding on. and pave the driveway/parking area. it has an s-turn in it which is about 20' long with a 24x24 parking area.



this is behind my house, in front of my house i could probably squeeze 7-8 cars parked properly in my u-turn driveway.



your's looks very nice tho, i like the layout a lot, wish we had more land to have stretched our place a bit longer.

Quick question regarding working at Mazda. My dad actually sells cars at Kennedy Buick Mazda and I'm wondering if you can get any discounts on rotary stuff?

i get my parts at 10% over coast at any dealer in the metro milwaukee area thanks to ADAMM assosiation.
