Yes it is license, one of the most mispelled words in the English language. The other confusing thing is the "i before e...except followed by c".

hehe, she don't know bigtime very well, trying to correct his spelling is like trying to convince a redneck that Japanese cars can be fast, or that Nascar, and drag racing aren't the only kinds of motorsports in the world
