Best Race EVER! I'm drivin down the road and I see a red RX-8 on the opposite side of the road. I had one of my friends in the car yelling at me to go chase it down. I really dont try to get street races too often, used to, but not so much anymore.. I thought to myself, ok, how many chances will I get to run a RX-8, prolly not many, so I made a U-turn and caught up to him at a stop light. He was immediately intimidated by the sight of my TII in his rear view. He took off like a bat out of hell. I noticed that the light was red bout 100 yards up so I just coasted to the light. I was now at the line with a RX-8, couldn't believe it. Then I notice the person driving is some cocky kid from my high school back in the day, probly didnt even know what I was driving, or what he was driving for that matter. Light turns green and we gun it, I was dead even with him up to about 65, then I started to pull like a mother
fu**er in 3rd. He just couldnt keep up in the high end. I let him pass me and got behind him. The road turned into one lane and we were both movin down the curvy country road, I was stuck on his ***. His tires were squealin in the turns around 85, I have bald tires and I could've been doin atleast 100 through there, as soon as the roadd turned back to two lanes I switched over and slowly flew passed him. He had his mouth wide open staring as I flew past. Felt so so so good, but I will say, I was extremely disapointed in the RX-8's suspension. Its a tall car in person and man does it lean in the turns. Overall though I have to admit that its a damn fast NA, can't wait til they make a turbo renesis.

Pretty much stock, I have a apexi twin chamber blowoff valve, HKS turbo timer, and HKS intake. My motor also only has 24K orig. miles on it so its not exactly a tired TII motor. Very Soon to come: Greddy FMIC, Koyo Rad., Black magic E-fan, Apexi Dual N1's.
