WOE IS ME

hehe, sometimes I am glad I don't live in miami, but then when I am stuck behind 3 old people in ancient caddies going 14 mph in a 45 zone, I realize that my town isn't all that great either, not to mention driving around all night looking for a single car to race. and all the people on this forum live far away, so no fun get togethers for me =( (or free parts for that matter)
Sarasota, the town that cool forgot

Even when I have the single green plug at the front left of the engine bay(forgot the name) grounded I get a surging idle, which I don't understand. It's funny, the surging starts to level out, but then will start all over again with original tempo. Like the ECU is trying to adjust but can't.
I'll give it a shot tomorrow. I'm too frustrated to mess with it anymore today.
Ever notice how the last few steps of any long, hard task always seem to be the hardest. I shoulda posted in the 2nd gen specific, but I wasn't really asking for help at first. Just whining.
See how it runs with the narrow range TPS unplugged.
Even with the TPS unplugged, the car won't hold an idle below 1800........

Have you tried adjusting the idle, or disabling the fast idle cam?
