A little, and it's colder down there, but at least I'd be able to drive in it

Meh, even up here where we quite frequently get bad weather from the lakes people drive like their head is deeply buried in their **** cavity the second a snowflake falls. Personally I'd like to strangle them all.

Savannah as a city shuts down on just flurries. We had all the public schools closed for a day a few weeks ago just because it was cold and there was a chance of freezing rain/ice.

If it snowed a bunch here, everyone would just freak the hell out. Everything would shut down.

I remember last time it snowed a bit here (1989), but luckily it was on Christmas, so everything was shut down anyway.

When it rains, all the drivers slow to a crawl and act dumb. Which is weird, considering it rains a hell of a lot during the summer, you'd think they'd be used to it by now.
