Meh, even up here where we quite frequently get bad weather from the lakes people drive like their head is deeply buried in their **** cavity the second a snowflake falls. Personally I'd like to strangle them all.
Savannah as a city shuts down on just flurries. We had all the public schools closed for a day a few weeks ago just because it was cold and there was a chance of freezing rain/ice.
If it snowed a bunch here, everyone would just freak the hell out. Everything would shut down.
I remember last time it snowed a bit here (1989), but luckily it was on Christmas, so everything was shut down anyway.
When it rains, all the drivers slow to a crawl and act dumb. Which is weird, considering it rains a hell of a lot during the summer, you'd think they'd be used to it by now.

You can move here(Alberta) they call it Texas north because of the oil.. Its cold as F@#$ here to...
I took this picture on Monday morning, by Tuesday afternoon it was -5c, today +8c, by Sunday its going to be -18C ..Strange place to live with whacky weather.
