******* morons, they didn't package it worth ****, then the guy tells me they have been having that happen a lot, then he tells me he can't ship aanother until he gets the fucked up one back. I said bullshit send me another one or you are going to have one broken humidor and one less customer. He says ok, then I asked him if he would mind some suggestions on how to package them LOL
As I always say you can't change the way UPS is going to treat your package so you better package it so UPS can abuse it.
