****, if you don't think you can't get a sexual harassment suit slapped on your *** just for asking a girl out then you haven't seen it happen yet. Hell, there are some bitches at work that'll put in complaints for sexual harassment....and the do dress like straight up *****. If anybody cries sexual harassment and your name is attacted, don't be surprised if your bosses don't have your back. People will steer clear of you just to keep away from the drama. Sexual harassment is some scary crap where I work. Welcome to the corporate world.

put as simple to understand as possible, from my expiriences there's 2 ways this can go down if she is at all attracted to you..
She's either a stuck up bitch (no offence the any females present) and she's used to getting attention from guys and since they give her all this attention she knows she has them wrapped around her pinky and can get them whenever she wants.
So what you gotta to is get noticed, just talk to her or something give her minimal attention so if she is attracted to you physically your gonna be the, lets say more appetizing catch
plain and simple playing hard to get
If she's more down to earth not stuck up and outgoing then she's probably tired of guys always goin for her looks and is more interested in a guy who wants to know her (mind you as a rule i try not go play this type since i feel bad afterwards
)
also the stuck up kind is easier and takes alot less effort and time
