Where Does The Tax Money Go?
#1
This boat is called The JJ Brown.

It broke loose during a hurricane and got grounded on a sand bar. It cost nearly 1/4 of a million dollars (that $250,000 for you slow people) to free it. Evidently it grounded in a protected area, so people had to hand-dig up all the sea grass in the path, they pulled the boat out, then they had to plant all the sea grass again.
We also have several boats going to the Super Bowl in Jacksonville for security. These are Donzis (do a google search, I believe each of ours have twin 225hp outboard engines), with beefed-up front decks to accept a 50 caliber machine gun (at least that's what I'm told). These guys will be cruising along the river, 24 hours a day around the time of the Super Bowl. Fish and Wildlife Conservation + homeland security = awesome toys.
