On a serious note, yes it should be legalized and HEAVILY TAXED! and commercial Hemp production/cultivation should be legalized

well right now its a huge underground economy, although giving the govt more tax dollars might not be a great idea....

It's a trickle down theory anyhow, I mean you give the government more money some of it gets to the right place.. in theory.

also imagine the load taken off the judicial system... lots less stupid marijuana cases to deal with... and some of the dealers might have to get jobs
