I'm reading a copy of Hillary Rodham Clinton's "It Takes A Village" for the following reasons:

1) I'm a parent.

2) Hillary may very well be our next president, and I want to know what she has to say about the subject of raising children.

3) I want to see if the book is as full of liberal tripe as G. Gordon Liddy said it was back when he reviewed in 199x.

Are you saying that the book that I have chosen for my literary ingestion is stale?

Actually, I don't have a lot of time. I'm using the book as a sleep aid. I read a little, and *BAM*, I'm out like a light. It's even better than doing.... ER, COUNTING.... sheep.

Ive been on a Steinbeck run for the past few months. Finished reading Log from the Sea of Cortez and The Moon is Down and started reading Tortilla Flat. The Moon is Down is really good. Its a fictional story about a small town occupied by zee germans during wwII.
