You use a QUART for every fillup? That's close to 2 oz./gallon. 1 oz./gallon is usually sufficient if you're running with no oil metering pump. If you're using the oil metering pump then you don't really need too much, maybe 4-5 oz./tank.[/quote]

LOL. Well, not the WHOLE quart. I stick with the 1oz : 1 gallon ratio. I wasn't sure how much to use with the OMP still attached, and I think my OMP might be crapping out. There always seems to be air bubbles inside it.[/quote]

Well, be more specific next time! :smirk: The bubbles you're seeing are probably normal, as the oil isn't injected under high pressure. It's just pulled in by the motor.

im my na i origianlly ran it on 93 cuz thats what the guy b4 me told me to use... but cuz of my exhaust leak id get some nasty backfiring... i switched to 87 and now i rarley backfire... gas burns more completely

A N/A rotary is actually much happier on 87 octane than higher.

they say 80 octane is ideal for the NA rotary.

The RX-Midget only runs on Amaco 87 octane. I get more power and smother running - and its cheaper.

Best part is when you bring your own fuel to the track and people ask if its CAM2 and you tell them it's 87

They look at you funny.
