Drift practice, pocketbike races, R/C touring car racing, there's lots of things that require large asphalt pads, it seems you could schedule events every day of the week.

I'm with Sinful7.

Buy 15 square acres a little bit out of town (so there is no sound ordinance).

Pave all of it with 6" thick asphalt at a 1% grade (so the water drains off).

Uses:

car meets/ shows

autocross

drift

car manufacturer Arrive and Drive

tire and vehicle testing (race and street)

R/C hobbies

bikers

etc.

Everyone that wants to rent the pad has to come with their own liability insurance. And get a lawyer to write you up an iron clad waiver.

$1000 / day.

It'll be an experience, like a party...the second they step in and when they get to where they want, they wont wanna get out..

Until Tom Cruise gets into your cab and makes you drive him around town as he kills people.

I'm not going to bother reading all 3 pages, but, after the first page, my two cents:

$0.01: Banzai stole my idea

$0.02: A Pizza place near a university/college. Constant (24 hour) supply of customers, half of them college chicks. Low investment (oven, counter, lease). Supply of cheap labour (Broke college kids), good returns.

Then the answer is simple...use the $150k to move to a better town that allows titty bars.

Ron John's South! Cocao Beach is far enough away, you won't canabalize customers. It'd be a hit!

Or, just start a factory that builds robots that build factories. Or...build a robot that builds factories that builds robots!

i have no interest in owning a titty bar, nor a bar really, I think the headaches of such would outweigh the perks.

Low stress is a big factor here.
