you are allowed to say "more or less" in a legal document. "More or less," implies ambuguity.

Yes it does and as far as acreage goes it cannot be measure absolutely.



Terrain plays a huge factor. The area calculation I made was for a perfectly flat piece of land and this land is far from flat. The property owner was not willing to pay for a topographic survey dense enough to ascertain the EXACT acreage there for this is a rough number, hence the "more or less".



When measuring landfills for volume we give exact areas. The fee reflects it too.
