Looks nice! And I thought we were doing a lot, with paint/flooring/light fixtures!



I hate the Ralph Lauren paint. I used to work in a cabinet shop, and we were doing all these cabinets for this huge house, all done in Ralph Lauren paint. I don't know if you guys know how hard it is to prep wood to look "slicker than owl ****," but that was my job. Then we found out that the paint took a long time to cure, which resulted in many chips, nicks, and dents .

I finished the livingroom, minus some moldings and heaters, paint is on there, some furniture is in there as well.



Baldy- tell me about it, $2400 the first day in light fixtures and paint and things like that. Another $600 in drywall,studs,hardware....



it adds up fast. Good thing im not paying for labor.



Drywall required very little sanding, when properly applied not much needs to be sanded after. Ralph Lauren paint is good and dry, I guess if you put it on all at once and dont let it dy between coats it would take a long time to dry.
