if I had bought the same house 5 years ago Im buying now it would
have cost me about $80,000 less then it is now. Now if I had that mortgage payment
instead of the $2000 payment Im going to have now, I could be driving any new car I want
and been paying my mortgage and still be spending the $2000 a month.
Get the house now, ge another car later.
