Before you act all shocked, I'm considering selling the FD to provide means to buy a home. What does everyone think? I figure I'll just put an ad out for $19k, and if someone snatches it then all the better, and if not, then I can't say I didn't try! (Trust me, I've seen a few FD's and this one is WORTH the 19k.)

Opinions? No flames please!

You can hopefully always go buy another toy.. but owning a home is one of those things a 'responsible and financially secure' person does. Ya know when they grow up and stuff.. you always have your mid life chrisis(sp?) to buy another FD

Yeah, even if you feel bad about it.. a Home is a great investment.. and then you will have somewhere to store your next project FD.. in the future..

Ask more than 19k since people always try to low ball the seller anyway..

Vosk is eventually going to be on a Fannie-MAE commercial... Gee I wish I would have saved my money for a house instead of charging Mo`parts fo` the FD
