i heard a rattling comin from under the car for a while so i finally decided to look under and it was that bracket......it just hangs loose on the piping....now im thinkin its the entrance for the air pump....now is there supposed to be a hose or piping...what size and where can i get it....i just bought a KN breather filter for my air pump along with my KN intake so is the air pump doing nothing without that piping to the cat or does it also do somethin for the engine

yes the split air tube goes there.



Go to a junk yaard and find one and rip it off the junker and slap it on yours

 

ok but there arent many junk yards around here...... and the wire that goes to the sensor right before the cat is snipped dude ....i dont know where that wire would go to in the bay....ne help???......previous owners **** me off man....u should see this exhuast setup...it does have a header but u should see the "custom" "exhaust" they made......it couldnt have been factory its even way to ugly for that...lol ill post a pic maybe tomarow thanx

 

Yea man you need the split air tube, ask some people in the parts section of the fourms who are parting out their fd's, they may have one and sell it pretty cheap with the sensor too.

they dont look bad, except the back needs to be spaced farther from the center of the car.



looks like you got a widebodykit but didnt extend the wheels, ya know?



still nice looking tho.

yea i just realized that when i looked at the pic i think ill get some wheel spacers......they still have the mitsu. center caps ...ill see if i can find mazda caps that will fit in there.....they dont look that far in in person..
