so uhh....worst ending of a movie EVER?

 

take it up with HG wells...thats how the book ends (they die of plague)

 

woulda been a little better if they explained it more, or showed it. anything would have been better than whatever the **** it wsa that morgan freeman said.

Good movie, bad ending. My only complaint.

 

I thought it was pretty clever - how else do you end a movie like that?

In fact I thought the rest of the movie was lacking a bit, although the special effects were great and being a Speilberg film it was well directed.

I wanted to slap the **** out of his daughter in the film...screetching and refusing to recognize there was more going on (like survival vs. the wholesale slaughter of everyone around her) then her own petty bullshit

 

I loved that damn movie. Worth my $6.00.

 

Both me and the woman thought it was good till the end...End = Teh Suk.
