i dunno about a new rx3... but i sure know the old ones kick some ***. im not sure how easy they still are to come by in the states but decent ones are getting hard to find here.
my personal opinion is that mazda should keep lookin ahead.... the rx3 was a brilliantly designed and very sexy car.... but a "new" one will never compare... take the new vw beetles for example.
heres to the success of the rx8.... and many more years of rotary excellence
