I'm just wondering about how this car really feels, seems like a nice car but I wonder if it's all hype. 300 HP AWD, 6 speed, seems to be pretty sweet minus the old man feel of the volvo name

I always hated Volvo's until I drove one. Never driven the S60R, but it sounds like a pretty nice ride.

 

The S40 T5 AWD is the same drivetrain with a similar motor package. Go with the smaller, lighter one!





I've got some great pictures of the race S60R somewhere. That thing looks pretty mean with big fender flares and flames coming out the side exhaust.

Volvo's are nice cars. Pops' 1991 940 Turbo has over 260k on it, and it still runs great!!!



Expensive on insurance though, and expensive on parts.
